Depending on the form of payment selected, the CUSTOMER may be redirected to an online payment platform where you can complete the purchase through accepted payment systems.
During the purchase process, the CLIENT must complete the corresponding form and indicate the delivery address of the product. If the CUSTOMER provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete information, or if CASTELLANOLG had sufficient grounds to suspect that such information was false, inaccurate or incomplete, it reserves the right to cancel the purchase of the CLIENT. In such case CASTELLANOLG will inform the CUSTOMER, and will proceed to the return of the money paid, discounting the expenses generated by the transaction, through the same means by which the payment was made, within fourteen (14) days following the mentioned communication.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the CUSTOMER will receive a communication by email with the information of the order, being able to access the corresponding invoice by accessing their User profile within the Website. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary problems in communications on the network or to a typing error in the email address communicated. In addition to this email, the CLIENT may receive a phone call to confirm data, clarifications about the order, or any other information that may be necessary before sending the order.
